Data and purpose
We collect your name, email, optional phone number, town, requested service and message to handle your enquiry and the pre-contractual steps you request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We do not use it for marketing. Required information is necessary to register and manage your enquiry.
Retention and access
Enquiries are kept for up to 180 days, separately from any records required for a subsequent contract. Access is restricted to those handling enquiries and technical providers required to operate the website. Data is not published or sold.
Security and technical cookies
A technical session protects forms. No advertising cookies or behavioural analytics are used. A non-readable identifier derived from your IP address limits repeated submissions and is deleted within 48 hours. Server logs remain subject to the hosting configuration.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, data portability or object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority. No automated decisions with legal effects are made.
